Previously one of Australia’s largest integrated service providers, MA Services Group operated at a scale most content teams never experience — over 3,000 employees, national operations, and partnerships with some of the country’s most recognised brands across a multi-billion-dollar industry.

Over an extended period, we led social strategy, photography, videography, and content development across the business — creating a consistent stream of content designed to strengthen brand visibility, support recruitment, and position the company as a leader within the security, cleaning, and facilities management sectors.

Our work spanned campaigns and partnership activations with organisations including Amazon, James Cook University, Brisbane Lions, Melbourne Racing Club, Melbourne Football Club, Sephora and Coles — producing content across Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn that showcased major contract wins, national campaigns, internal culture initiatives, and large-scale brand partnerships.

One of the standout campaigns was the Amazon International Women’s Day production — the largest content piece the company had undertaken at the time — which helped elevate MA Services’ brand perception and became a defining milestone for future partnerships.

The impact extended beyond engagement metrics. The work helped modernise how the business presented itself online, strengthened employer branding efforts, and created a stronger digital presence that reflected the scale of the organisation behind it. In industries often overlooked from a marketing perspective, strong storytelling became a competitive advantage.
